My Journey with Jay's Audio CDT3-MK3 and Exceptional Customer Support
I bought Jay's Audio CDT3 MK3 and couldn't be more pleased. I had planned on buying a well-reviewed other brand but with more reading decided to make the leap for the well-respected Jay's CDT2 MK3. Finally, I decided to go all the way with the flagship Jay's CDT3 MK3 even though it was a stretch financially. I am so glad I did. I am rediscovering CDs from my large collection of decades. I have also already bought several new ones. Thanks for a wonderful transport!
I must also add that the support from Weng Fai Hoh was exceptional. I wrote to support to ask a question about compatibility with my Gustard R26 DAC and within a few hours I had a very detailed explanation of what I needed to do to make it fully compatible. Tremendous products and support. Thanks!
